On the country roads I walked
Through days and nights to reach my destination
On that lovely day of spring
Goading
her herd
I came across a figure
She knew her sheep by its name
And they all knew her love
I joined her and we walked along
We
talked and soon I knew her too
On
warm shiny days
In
cold starry nights
Side
by side we paced
With ever rising emotions
With ever rising emotions
I
goaded her soft heart
And she smiled and she giggled
And she smiled and she giggled
Ah!
Those restrained laughs
Under
different shades of divinity
Thus,
we walked together
Away
from all roads
Life
itself was the destination
Soon
came a crossroad
My
destination appeared again
I
had to get onto the road again
The
road to my destination
She continued goading her herd
She continued goading her herd
I
looked at her and smiled
With
wet eyes came back a smile
Something had been stirred up
Something had been stirred up
Something so hardly understood.
